What is the pilot programme?

Two weeks.
Real environment.
Real results.

Our competitors show you a robot once in a showroom. We place it for 2 weeks in your company, in your daily operations — with all your obstacles, your floor plan, your staff alongside.

At the end you know not just whether the robot works, but how much it delivers in your specific context. You receive a business case you can present to your management.

The pilot programme is available for all Gausium cleaning robots and the PUDU SH1. For service robots (BellaBot, FlashBot) we organise an extended on-site demo.

What is included?
  • Preliminary site visit — our consultant visits your location, analyses the floor plans and determines the optimal robot and route
  • Full installation & mapping — technician brings the robot, configures Wi-Fi, creates the floor map and programs the cleaning routes
  • Half-day training for your team — operators, supervisors and everyone who comes into contact with the robot
  • Daily performance monitoring — we track data remotely and adjust the robot if it underperforms
  • Mid-term update (day 7) — call or on-site visit with first results, adjustments and fine-tuning
  • Closing ROI report — m² cleaned, hours saved, energy consumption, payback period, recommendation for purchase or lease formula
  • Management presentation — on request we present the report to your board or facility manager
Who is the pilot programme for?

Every sector with
repetitive cleaning work.

Does your location have 500 m² or more that is cleaned daily or several times a week? Then a pilot is relevant. Below are the sectors where we are most active.

Facility Management
Office buildings, shopping centres, government institutions. The robot works at night or outside opening hours, without extra staffing costs.
500+ m² Daily
Hospitality
Hotels, restaurants, event venues, airports. Clean between check-in and check-out, or during quiet periods during the day.
Hotels Restaurants Events
Healthcare
Hospitals, care homes, clinics. Strict hygiene standards combined with staff shortages make robots a logical choice.
Hospitals Care homes
Logistics & Industry
Warehouses, production halls, distribution centres. Large floor surfaces with regular aisles are the ideal environment for cleaning robots.
Warehouses Halls
Pilot vs. showroom

Why a pilot
is different.

Other suppliers show you the robot in a controlled showroom. We test it for 14 days in your own operation, with your floor, your team and your obstacles.

What happens during the two weeks?

1

Week 1

Starting & Optimising

Installation, training and first data

Day 1
Site visit & installation
Our technician arrives, installs the robot, connects to your Wi-Fi and maps the complete floor plan. Duration: 3–5 hours depending on building size.
Day 2
Team training
Half-day hands-on training: how to start and stop the robot, how to enable/disable zones, how to resolve a blockage, how to use the app. Maximum 8 participants.
Day 3–4
First autonomous runs
The robot runs its first autonomous sessions. Our team monitors data remotely and adjusts routes where needed. You receive a brief daily overview by email.
Day 5
First performance report
We send the week 1 report: m² cleaned, efficiency ratio, any problem areas and recommendations for week 2.
Day 7
Mid-term evaluation
Phone or on-site check-in. Answer questions, refine routes, add new zones if desired.
2

Week 2

Measuring & Deciding

Refinement and final ROI measurement

Day 8–9
Refined operation
The robot now operates fully autonomously with the optimised routes from week 1. Your team is in control. Monitoring remains active in the background.
Day 10–11
Peak scenario testing
If desired, we test the robot during a peak scenario (high occupancy, extra traffic, special circumstances) to map the limits of its operation.
Day 12
Data freeze & analysis
All data from 2 weeks is exported and analysed. Our consultant compiles the definitive ROI report.
Day 14
Closing presentation
Presentation of the ROI report: payback period, recommended model, recommended acquisition formula (purchase/lease/rental), and a tailored proposal. You decide when you are ready — no pressure.
What do you receive?

Your complete business case,
ready to present.

At the end of the pilot programme you receive a package you can present directly to your management.

Performance report (14 days)
Total m² cleaned, average session duration, efficiency ratios, zones covered versus manual equivalent.
Custom ROI calculation
Payback period based on your actual labour costs, hours and cleaning frequency. Not a template, but your specific situation.
Purchasing advice
Recommended model, recommended formula (purchase/lease/rental), comparative financial projection over 36 and 60 months.
Implementation plan
Step-by-step plan for definitive roll-out: zones, schedule, integration with your existing cleaning process and team.
Management presentation
On request we present the report in person to your board, facility manager or investment committee — in NL, FR or EN.
30 days aftercare
After the pilot we remain available for 30 days for questions, technical support and fine-tuning — even if you have not yet decided.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you want to know

Do I have to buy anything after the pilot?
Not at all. The pilot is an information journey. You pay the pilot fee, receive all data and the report, and then decide completely freely. If you do not buy, the pilot fee is your only cost.
Which robots can participate in the pilot programme?
The pilot programme is available for all Gausium cleaning robots (Phantas, Beetle, Omnie, Scrubber 75, Vacuum 40) and the PUDU SH1. For service robots such as the BellaBot or FlashBot we organise an extended on-site demo instead of a 2-week pilot.
What do I need to provide?
A stable Wi-Fi connection (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz) on the floor where the robot operates. A charging point (standard 230V socket). And a team member present on day 1 for training. That is all.
What if the robot breaks down or gets stuck?
RoboCorpus takes care of the robot and insurance during the pilot period. If there is a technical problem, we will resolve it. Your team only needs to know the standard blockage procedure (we explain this during training).
How quickly can a pilot start?
Typically within 10–15 working days after confirmation of the request, depending on the availability of the desired model and our schedule. We confirm the start date with your request.
Can the pilot also be carried out in French or Dutch?
Yes. RoboCorpus works in Dutch, French and English. Both the training and the report and closing presentation can be delivered in your preferred language.
Is the pilot fee really deducted?
Yes, this is a firm commitment. If you purchase or sign a lease contract within 60 days of the closing presentation, the full pilot fee (excl. VAT) will be deducted from the first invoice.

Ready to test?

Request your pilot via the contact form. We will get in touch within 1 working day to discuss the details and confirm a start date.
