The Beetle is Gausium's industrial sweeper, built for warehouses, production halls and large indoor spaces. A powerful suction motor picks up everything in one pass, from fine dust to paper, cans, bottles and wood chips.
It navigates safely with 3D LiDAR between pedestrians and forklifts, sweeps up to 0 cm from walls and racking and manoeuvres through aisles from 750 mm. It opens roller doors itself to connect zones.
With self-charging the Beetle runs 24/7. Choose between the Standard version for daily shifts and the Pro with larger battery for the longest deployment.

The base version with 40 Ah battery, for daily sweeping shifts in warehouses and production halls. Up to 3 hours per charge; docks itself and recharges in under 2.5 hours.
The Beetle's high-power suction motor lifts fine dust, paper, cans, bottles and wood chips off the floor in one pass. Effective dust control captures fine particles via negative pressure and filtration, so nothing swirls up. You release the 45 litre bin in a single action.

The Beetle builds its map in real time with 3D LiDAR, an RGB and an RGB-D camera, with 360° vision all around. It recognises pedestrians and vehicles and adapts its route instantly. A visibility flag, strobe light and headlights make it visible, so it drives freely where an AGV on a fixed path gets stuck.

With a 750 mm sweep path and 0 cm edge cleaning, the Beetle reaches right up to racking and into tight aisles. It opens roller doors itself to connect zones, and Auto Spot Cleaning targets heavily soiled areas. This way it cleans an entire site without anyone holding doors open or clearing zones.
